Common jobs in Mount Martha

Homes up in the hills are often a fair drive from the nearest neighbour, and holiday houses near the beaches can sit empty for weeks. We see a lot of rekeys after a sale, deadlocks and window locks fitted before a place is left over winter, and evening lockouts once everyone is home from work.

Lockouts. Keys left inside, lost on the way home or snapped in the deadlock — we come to you in Mount Martha and open the door with as little damage as possible.

Moving in. You rarely know how many keys are still around after a sale or a lease. Rekeying makes every old key useless without replacing the locks.

Worn and sticking locks. A key you have to jiggle, or a door you have to push to lock, is a lock on its way out. Most of the time it’s a repair, not a replacement.

How a call-out works

Call and tell us what’s happened and where you are. We’ll give you an idea of cost and timing before we head out, then a uniformed locksmith arrives in a fully stocked vehicle — usually within the hour.
